We have been informed by the UAE telecommunications providers that the previously approved sender IDs in FACT24 must be re-registered as part of these changes, a process that was outside of our control.
At present, UAE telecommunications providers are not accepting new sender ID registrations while updated regulatory requirements are being implemented.
This restriction applies across the industry and affects all SMS providers operating in the UAE. As a result, SMS messages to UAE recipients may encounter disruptions.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will register replacement sender IDs as soon as the process becomes available. In the meantime, we recommend utilising alternative communication channels wherever possible such as voice calls, push notifications, email, MS Teams and Desktop alerts.
We apologise for this temporary inconvenience, and we will seek to resume full service as soon as they regulators permit. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
