Maintenance work in FACT24 on 12 May 2026

Dear FACT24 Administrators,

We would like to inform you about a planned maintenance window on May 12th, 2026, from 7:00 to 08:00 AM (CEST).

During this time, we will perform a firewall migration and operating system upgrades. This will help improve performance and support future use cases.

There is no downtime planned. This means that activating an alarm is possible at any time. Nevertheless, in case of unexpected behavior during the maintenance work it might be the case that:

• You need to refresh the web user Interface or app
• Ongoing alarms are being slightly delayed
• You need to try a second time to start a new alarm when an error message is shown
