We are currently experiencing a partial service disruption affecting a specific combination of features:
ENS+ alarms triggered via an Emergency Number with Conference Call enabled
Alarm and Conference Call functionality continues to operate as expected, and the caller will be connected to the conference call.
However, recipients associated with the alarm will not receive telephone call notifications.
All other notification channels remain fully operational, including Email, SMS, and App notifications. Users can also join the conference call using the hyperlink provided in the notification.
Our technical teams are actively working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
